The Spiral Narrative Framework™ (SNF) is a closed, proprietary, creator-owned narrative system exclusively authored by Heileny Suárez and developed solely for Spiralverse™. SNF is not authorized for use, adoption, teaching, replication, distribution, commercialization, or implementation by any third party under any circumstance.
A) Ownership + exclusivity

SNF is an original composite system (structure, architecture, terminology, logic, methodology, and organization) created by the Author.

SNF is exclusive to Spiralverse™ and cannot be separated, extracted, or used independently from Spiralverse™ in any form.
B) No license / no availability

SNF is NOT available for licensing (public or private), sublicensing, franchising, white-labeling, consulting use, or “framework adoption.”

Access to this material is provided, if at all, strictly for confidential evaluation and does not grant any rights, express or implied.

C) Strict prohibitions (non-exhaustive)
You may not, directly or indirectly:

reproduce, copy, translate, adapt, summarize, or reformat SNF content;

reverse engineer, deconstruct, “learn the method,” or derive a competing methodology;

incorporate SNF logic/structure into any product, pitch, deck, story system, training, course, platform, or internal process;

create derivatives, variants, “inspired-by” frameworks, or functional equivalents;

disclose any portion to any third party (including colleagues, contractors, agencies, publishers, studios, legal teams not bound by confidentiality, or AI vendors).
D) No AI training / no ingestion

E) Original development statement

SNF is the product of the Author’s original creative and professional practice and is not built from third-party proprietary frameworks or datasets. Any AI usage (if any) is execution support only and does not constitute authorship.
F) Reservation of rights
All rights are expressly reserved by the Author. Any unauthorized use, extraction, replication, or derivative implementation may be treated as misappropriation of proprietary method, breach of confidentiality, and/or infringement, and may trigger formal enforcement actions.
