Spiralverse™ Rights FAQ
All Rights Reserved · License Only · No Sale / No Assignment
No AI Training · No Derivatives · No “Inspired By” Use
1) Are Spiralverse™ rights available?
Yes, selectively. Rights may be considered only by contract and typically limited to specific title(s), language(s), territory, term, and format, subject to approval and compliance.
2) Is the Spiral Narrative Framework™ available for licensing?
No. The Spiral Narrative Framework™ is not available for open licensing and is never included as a transferrable system, curriculum, certification, toolkit, or reusable methodology.
3) What does “License Only / No Sale / No Assignment” mean?
It means Spiralverse™ rights are not sold or transferred permanently. If anything is granted, it is granted as a limited license under strict conditions, for a defined scope and duration.
4) Do I gain any rights by buying a Spiralverse™ book?
No. Purchasing a book grants ownership of the physical object only. It does not grant reproduction rights, distribution rights, adaptation rights, derivative rights, training rights, or any IP rights.
5) Can I translate Spiralverse™ titles?
Translation rights may be considered selectively. Any translation requires a written contract defining the exact title(s), language, territory, term, formats, print run (if applicable), editorial controls, and attribution standards.
6) Can I license audiobook rights?
Possibly, but only under strict written terms and quality controls. Any audio production must meet approved standards for brand integrity and may require authorial oversight.
7) Can I adapt Spiralverse™ into film/TV/games/comics/interactive?
No, not unless there is explicit written authorization and a signed agreement granting that specific adaptation right. Absent a written agreement: adaptations are prohibited.
8) Can I create fan art, fan fiction, or “inspired by” projects?
No. Spiralverse™ does not permit derivative works, including fan fiction, fan art commercialization, re-interpretations, “inspired by” projects, or any transformative use without explicit written permission.
9) What if I only use a small part or “just the concept”?
Not permitted. Using Spiralverse™ content or systems “in part,” “inspired by,” “based on,” “referencing,” or “abstracting the concept” still constitutes unauthorized use without written authorization.
10) Can I quote excerpts for reviews, press, or academic writing?
Short quotations may be permitted only where legally allowed and must include proper attribution. Anything beyond legally permitted excerpting requires explicit written authorization.
11) Can I share screenshots, scans, PDFs, or photographed pages online?
No. Distribution of pages, scans, screenshots, or digitized excerpts is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing (and even then may be limited in scope and duration).
12) Can I use Spiralverse™ images, symbols, or design elements in my marketing?
No, unless you have written authorization. Spiralverse™ visual identity, symbols (including spiral marks), typography treatments, layouts, and brand elements are protected and not available for reuse.
13) Can Spiralverse™ content be used for AI training, datasets, or machine learning?
No. AI training, scraping, dataset inclusion, fine-tuning, embeddings, model development, or style imitation using any Spiralverse™ content is strictly prohibited.
14) Can I “analyze” Spiralverse™ to create my own framework or methodology?
No. Study-to-replicate, structural imitation, extraction of principles, or turning Spiralverse™ systems into “new frameworks” is prohibited without written permission.
15) Do you offer sublicensing?
Not by default. Sublicensing is prohibited unless explicitly granted in a signed agreement.
16) Do you accept unsolicited pitches or partnership decks?
No obligation to review unsolicited submissions. Spiralverse™ may delete unsolicited materials without review. Only structured rights requests with required information will be considered.
