   • Reproduced, distributed, scanned, or recorded for any purpose.

   • Used as reference, training data, or “inspiration material” for artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative systems.

   • Used as part of workshops, courses, frameworks, or derivative works without written authorization.

    

2. The Spiral Narrative Framework™, its five-phase structure, its terminology, symbols, and processes are not publicly available for licensing, teaching, or use.

3. No content from Spiralverse™ may be dramatized, adapted, digitalized, or distributed, physically or digitally - without express, written consent from Hey Creative Studios™.

1. All Spiralverse™ books and collectibles are handcrafted, limited, and conceptually produced.

3. Editions are limited-run and may go out of stock without notice.
